Jo supports the Sales Team by designing marketing materials, compiling reports, writing copy, and coordinating flyer distribution.
With nearly 20 years of administration and customer service experience—most of it in the housing industry—Jo brings strong organisational and communication skills to the team.
Her career highlights include three years as Homestay Officer at the University of Canberra, which familiarised her with Canberra’s suburbs and deepened her interest in housing.
Jo has lived in Indonesia, Sydney, and Melbourne, and moved to Canberra in 2006 after teaching English in China. She is a mother of two and enjoys walking, nature photography, animals, and coffee with friends. She is also a published writer.
