Having successfully run her own business for eight years, Wendy understands the importance of aligning with clients’ investment goals and navigating the unique complexities of property ownership. Known for her attention to detail and as a self-proclaimed “legislation nerd,” Wendy ensures every property she manages is compliant and every tenancy operates smoothly.
Outside of work, Wendy is a dedicated history enthusiast and a formidable trivia teammate. She enjoys spending quality time with her partner, young daughter, and their beloved (and notably chubby) cat. Her ideal Saturday night includes good food, great company, board games, and a glass of wine.
