Born and raised in Canberra, Dominic Roser has a strong connection to the local community and a genuine understanding of the region. Dominic began his career in real estate in 2024 and has since developed a passion for property management and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients. Having recently joined the team at Momentum Property, he brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
Dominic believes successful property management is built on clear communication, organisation and a proactive approach. With a calm and methodical mindset, he ensures processes are handled efficiently, challenges are addressed thoughtfully and the best possible outcomes are achieved for both landlords and tenants. He takes a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to his work, valuing honest communication, practical solutions and keeping clients informed every step of the way.
Committed to building lasting relationships and providing reliable, personalised service, Dominic aims to make property management as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time socialising with family and friends, as well as getting outdoors to hike and camp.
