Launching Momentum Property

On 1 October 2025, Momentum Property officially launched, and what a ride it’s been since! From an idea shared over coffee to a full-scale agency with offices in Gungahlin and Weston, a growing team of 50+ and properties popping up all across Canberra, it’s safe to say we’ve hit the ground running.

The vision behind Momentum was simple: create an agency that’s built on people, not egos. After years in the Canberra real estate world, we wanted to move away from the single-agent model and focus on collaboration, support and consistency. Every client, every property, every experience should feel the same and feel exceptional.

Before the big public reveal, we held a special internal launch — a sneak peek for our team to experience the brand before anyone else. It was a chance to share the vision, the colours, the name and the energy behind what we were building together. Seeing everyone’s reactions as the new brand was unveiled, from the logo reveal to the first glimpse of our campaign imagery  was something we’ll never forget. That night set the tone for everything that followed.

Our launch night at QT Canberra was the perfect way to set things in motion. Surrounded by colleagues, clients, and local partners, we toasted to new beginnings and the energy that’s carried us ever since. Seeing the buzz in the room that night and then seeing our branding pop up on signboards and social feeds across the city in the weeks that followed was a pinch-me moment for all of us.

We’ve already been featured by AllHomes and HerCanberra, both capturing what makes this new chapter so exciting: an agency built for the future, powered by experience, and driven by a genuine care for people. Because at the end of the day, that’s what Momentum is all about — moving forward together, helping our clients reach their goals, and having a bit of fun along the way.

It’s been a huge first month, and it’s only the start. The name says it all, we’re gaining Momentum.
