Our First Move Auction Event has now wrapped up with one of the strongest early year performances we’ve seen, with around 70% of campaign properties selling on or before their scheduled auction dates. Buyer competition was intense, inspections were packed and sellers were rewarded for launching at the peak of summer demand.

Timed to align with Canberra’s busiest property search period, the campaign captured serious attention across every major platform and confirmed that the 2026 market is already moving with confidence.
