Momentum Smash serves up competition, culture and connection

A team that shows up

For one afternoon, the fast pace of Canberra real estate was swapped for fast rallies, competitive spirit and plenty of laughs as the Momentum Property team came together for Momentum Smash.

Starting with burgers and drinks at Brodburger before heading into a full table tennis tournament at Table Tennis Collective, the event was designed as an opportunity for the team to connect outside the office, unwind and enjoy some healthy competition.

But like everything at Momentum Property, it quickly became about much more than just the game.

More than just a game

The afternoon reflected the same energy Momentum Property brings to real estate every day. Competitive, driven, people-focused and always ready to deliver.

From agents and property managers to marketing and operations, the event gave the entire team an opportunity to connect outside the office and strengthen the culture that continues to shape Momentum Property.

The culture behind the brand

While Momentum Smash was built around fun and connection, it also highlighted something important about the business itself: Real estate is a people industry. Behind every campaign, every negotiation and every auction is a team working together to deliver the best possible outcome for clients.

Events like Momentum Smash play an important role in strengthening that culture behind the scenes. They create opportunities for collaboration, build stronger relationships across departments and reinforce the team-first mentality that drives Momentum Property forward.

That culture is something clients experience firsthand when working with the team.

Whether it’s guiding sellers through the campaign process, supporting buyers in competitive markets or helping families navigate major life decisions, Momentum Property approaches every interaction with energy, professionalism and a people-first mindset.

We show up together, compete together and continue moving Canberra property forward together.
