Ashlia joined our team as an Australian School-based Apprentice (ASbA), stepping into the real estate industry with curiosity and enthusiasm. With no prior experience in property, she has embraced the opportunity to learn every aspect of the business and has quickly developed a strong understanding of the industry.
Her passion for real estate continues to grow as she gains hands-on experience, and she is particularly excited to build a future career in sales. Known for her easy-going attitude and approachable nature, Ashlia is always willing to lend a hand wherever it’s needed. Whether it’s assisting in administration or supporting the property management team, she brings a positive energy and a strong team spirit to every task.
Outside of work, Ashlia enjoys an active lifestyle, playing footy on the weekends and spending time with friends. She values balance between her career journey and personal life, bringing the same enthusiasm and commitment to her hobbies as she does to her role in real estate.
