Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Candice has been living in Canberra for the past two years and has grown to enjoy the quiet tranquility of the Australian capital. With a background in psychology and business management, she brings a unique perspective to her career in property management.
Candice has over 15 years of experience in commercial property management, having worked extensively within a global petroleum company and the retail marketing industry. More recently, she has transitioned into residential property management, where she applies the same core principles: clear communication, strong relationships, and effective problem-solving.
Alongside her enthusiasm and personable nature, Candice’s professional attitude, strategic thinking, and strong communication and negotiation skills enable her to deliver an exceptional experience to every client. She is bilingual, speaking both English and Afrikaans, and—having been inspired by Canberra’s diverse and cosmopolitan community—she aspires to learn a third language.
Outside of work, Candice enjoys exploring second-hand bookstores, spending quality time with her family, and taking leisurely walks along Lake Burley Griffin, soaking up the sunshine.
