With over seven years in the real estate industry, Emily has developed a deep understanding of the sector, beginning her journey in administration before branching into property management after returning from maternity leave. She has also gained valuable experience in sales, giving her a well-rounded perspective of the industry and an ability to support teams across multiple departments.
Before entering real estate, Emily spent 13 years in retail and hospitality, including eight years as a Regional General Manager. During this time, she earned her Certificate IV in Retail Management and refined her leadership, people management, and training skills. These experiences shaped her passion for operational efficiency and supporting others to achieve their goals, qualities she now applies to ensure seamless functionality for sales agents and smooth day-to-day office operations.
