Toby Tshering

My name is Tshering, though most people know me as Toby. My career has always been built around connecting with people, building relationships, and helping others make confident decisions. From starting in wholesale and door-to-door sales to spending the last four years in automotive sales, I developed a strong reputation within my community for trust, service, and delivering results.

Real estate has always been my long-term goal, and I’m excited to now turn that passion into reality. With a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Building Construction, I bring a unique perspective to the industry — combining sales experience with a strong understanding of how homes are designed, built, and valued. My aim is to provide clients with more than just guidance through a transaction, but genuine insight and confidence throughout their property journey.

Having served in the military, I developed discipline, resilience, accountability, and a strong work ethic — values that continue to guide me in real estate today. I’m also proud to speak five languages — English, Dzongkha, Sharchop, Nepali, and Hindi — allowing me to connect with and support clients from diverse backgrounds and communities.

Outside of work, I enjoy training, fishing, travelling, and staying active. Professionally, I’m driven by one simple belief: hard work creates opportunities and delivers results.
